Australian "Approved Sega Import" Genesis Titles

I really don't know how these fit into an official "release list" but over the years I've found a number of Genesis games here in New Zealand (Ozisoft were the distributor here as well) that are labelled with the following gold sticker:

"Approved Sega Import - Qualifies for Super Sega Reward"

The games are also barcoded (sticker) in a format that matches other Ozisoft releases.  (Note the GMC suffix instead of SMC)

The title on the left shown for comparison with a known Ozisoft only release is Fatal Fury 2.

Most Renovation Titles seem to have been available in this format plus some other Genesis titles.  (Exact list of what I have will follow this post)

What I don't know is if these "import" games were available to the general public or to Video Rental stores only.   All of my titles in this format are "ex-Rentals" and I've been told the "super sega reward" mentioned on the sticker relates to a scheme Ozisoft had to supply Video Rental businesses with games.

Yes - they are all Genesis versions - box, cart and manual.
No ratings stickers or Ozisoft Sega Hotline stickers on these either.

Nice! I had seen those in the past, but didn't realise they had Ozisoft barcode stickers & part numbers. I'll add them on to the bottom of the main Ozisoft list

This one also exists in australia with a blue and white mastersystem-like booklet
